Use of the hard copy applications is reserved for candidates who have never studied in Québec and who have no permanent code. If this does not apply to you, you must submit your application by Internet following the steps as indicated on the help page.
An AdmissionFP user fee must be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) to download a hard copy application. See the terms and conditions.
